Alfajores

Alfajores are a classic Latin American treat, made with two soft shortbread cookies and a generous filling of gooey dulce de leche. These alfajores are the perfect balance of sweet and creamy, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.  Choose from cookies drizzled with dark chocolate or sprinkled with powdered sugar.  These cookies are extremely delicate and do not ship well.
